Clinical Trial Manager II role overseeing vendor management, site coordination, and protocol execution for clinical studies in a sponsor-dedicated model. Reports to ICON Strategic Solutions with responsibility for budget adherence, timeline management, and regulatory compliance across multiple trial phases.
Responsibilities- Oversee vendor performance including CROs, biometrics, labs, and eTMF systems for budget and timeline adherence
- Develop and maintain vendor and site relationships throughout all trial phases
- Coordinate site readiness activities including study materials, drug shipping approvals, and protocol training
- Review CRO monitoring reports, eTMF documentation, and trial registry entries for compliance
- Support financial management by reviewing and approving vendor and site invoices
- Undergraduate degree in clinical, science, or health-related field from accredited institution
- 5 years relevant experience including 3 years clinical trial management
- Licensed healthcare professional such as registered nurse preferred
- Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking ability
- Legal right to work in United States
Compensation: $121,576-$151,970 base
