  • Compensation: $16 per hour plus tips.
  • Work Schedule: Open availability.
  • Benefits: Accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and 401k retirement savings plan. (Eligibility depends on classification, length of employment, and hours worked. Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible.)
Summary

The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner, including parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and completing all related documentation.

Essential Functions
  • Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients.
  • Greet guests within 5 feet with a professional and friendly demeanor; use guest last names.
  • Use proper phone etiquette and post up in designated areas when not completing tasks.
  • Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously; assists with bell services and luggage storage.
  • Provides guests with information about facilities and local attractions; shuttles guests to appropriate places approved by the location.
  • Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures; processes key checks and maintains ticket information.
  • Calculates and collects revenue for vehicles as needed.
Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Licensure &

Certifications:

Valid driver’s license for the state of employment or commutable distance.

Work Experience: One month of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge: Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Skills:

  • Reading and writing standard English.
  • Understanding simple instructions and correspondence.
  • Writing simple correspondence.
  • Presenting information in one‑on‑one or small group situations.
  • Basic arithmetic with three‑digit numbers and money.
  • Understanding 24‑hour and military time.
  • Understanding rates applicable to time passed.
  • Operating a manual transmission (highly desirable).
  • Perform parallel parking.
SCOPE

Authority To Act: Job is fairly routine; follows established practices and procedures. Decisions made within operational instructions and departmental guidelines.

Budget Responsibility: Control over available resources only.

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Tasks performed outdoors; exposure to extreme heat and cold; must talk or hear, sit or stand for extended periods, run, walk, handle objects, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Requires vision abilities for close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, 20 pounds constantly.

Travel up to 5% may be required.
