A prestigious private Ivy League university is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join its team at the Cambridge location. The position is an onsite, 6-month contract, and requires a commitment to a 35-hour work week.

Required Skills & Experience- Outstanding communication skills (written & oral) and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task with flexibility to pivot between projects and teams as needed.
- Must be able to walk between buildings/locations without issue.
Daily Responsibilities
- Act as liaison and point of contact between interview facility and main office/supervisor(s).
- Communicate questions/issues to supervisor(s).
- Welcoming employers for a visit.
- Setting up employer area to check in students.
- Inbox work; posting jobs into Crimson Careers (like Indeed, Linked In, etc.).
