Talent Coordinator – Research & Development Team

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to support our Research & Development hiring efforts. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for all candidates throughout the interview process. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute all interview scheduling for candidates across the R&D organization, coordinating availability with hiring managers, panelists, and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring an exceptional level of candidate care and responsiveness throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Conduct interview preparation sessions, ensuring candidates feel informed, supported, and ready for each step of the process.
  • Facilitate and extend formal offer letters, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery to selected candidates.
  • Maintain organized communication and documentation within Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless, consistent candidate experience.
  • Track and update candidate progress within internal systems as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • Professional, empathetic approach to candidate communication and experience.
