Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and validate high-volume payroll and HR transactions using tools like SAP, APR, GAP, and student hourly platforms
  • Respond to employee inquiries via the HR ticketing system with professionalism and urgency
  • Manage compliance deductions, such as child support, IRS levies, and workers' comp
  • Administer healthcare imputed income, tuition tax adjustments, and relocation transactions
  • Coordinate onboarding and payroll for union staff, long-term disability cases, and retiree records
  • Perform manual deductions (housing, loans, faculty mortgages) and process reimbursements
  • Maintain HR documentation and execute employment verifications
Required Experience:
  • 3+ years in payroll, finance, or HR operations
  • Experience managing sensitive data in deadline-driven settings
Preferred

Skills:
  • Experience with SAP or ERP systems
  • Payroll data auditing and reconciliation
  • Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving
