Payroll Representative Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Representative for our partner, a well-known University located in Cambridge, MA. As a key member of the University staff, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of payroll inquiries from the University community and former staff members. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise in benefits, employee service, and payroll processing to provide exceptional support to our team.

• Payrate of up to $30 per hour (dependent on experience)
• Hybrid work set-up with 2 days on-site per week
• Schedule:
  
  M-F 8:30am – 5:00pm

• At least 3 years of experience in benefits, employee service, or payroll processing
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience processing payroll in a higher education setting is a plus
• Previous experience using SAP

• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
• Must be comfortable with a hybrid work set-up based in Cambridge, MA
