You will embed within key business functions, partnering with hiring managers to drive data-informed recruitment across the UK and US, and take ownership of scaling our global teams.
You will own the candidate journey end-to-end, act as a Gearset ambassador, and deliver a high-touch, high-quality hiring experience.
