Human Resources Coordinator; Part Time

Rapidly growing biotech is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator or HR Generalist to support a growing HR function during a period of organizational expansion. This individual will partner closely with Director of HR and assist with recruiting coordination, onboarding, HR operations, performance management administration, employee events, and various people-related projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced biotech startup environment and is looking for a flexible, part-time engagement.

• Coordinate candidate interviews and recruiting logistics
• Manage scheduling and candidate communications
• Support new hire onboarding and offboarding activities
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data
• Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
• Support performance review cycles and HR programs
• Coordinate employee events, meetings, and engagement initiatives
• Update organizational charts and HR documentation
• Assist with employee handbook revisions and policy updates
• Provide general HR administrative support and project coordination

• 3-5+ years of HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, or related HR experience
• Experience supporting recruiting and interview coordination
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR systems

• Experience working within biotech, pharma, or life sciences organizations
• Prior startup or small company experience
• Experience with:
• Paylocity
• Greenhouse or similar ATS
• Lattice or comparable performance management platforms
• Experience supporting onboarding, benefits administration, and HR operations
