Job Summary:

As a Data Architect, you will drive digital transformation by creating scalable data architecture solutions and collaborating with various teams to shape global data strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Evolve and promote our enterprise data model with unified standards, and integration protocols, ensuring scalability and interoperability across the organization

• Partner with Business Operations Transformation stakeholders to meet functional and analytical requirements.

• Communicate and socialize the Data Mesh principles, to both technical and business stakeholders, fostering organizational buy-in.

• Design data-sharing patterns to facilitate efficient, scalable, and flexible data exchange across systems, minimizing dependencies and enabling independent evolution of data-producing and data-consuming applications.

• Collaborate on implementing data access and data stewardship frameworks that promote transparency, accountability, and adherence to governance policies.

• Stay informed about advancements in data architecture and decentralized data management, identifying opportunities to enhance the organization’s data capabilities.

• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in data architecture.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 7+ years proven experience in enterprise data architecture and engineering.

• Experience with Snowflake required.

• Expertise in Data and AI, areas like;
Data engineering, Data architecture, Master data management, Data lakes and warehouses, Data visualization, Artificial intelligence and Machine learning.

• Strong understanding of Data Mesh principles.

• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

• Experience with integration tools (e.g., Informatica), API protocols (REST, Graph

QL).

• Knowledge of governance platforms, metadata management, and data cataloging.

• Agile methodology experience (Jira, Confluence).
