We're looking for exceptional UX Design, User Research, and Visual Design interns who want to be both strategic thinkers AND hands-on creators.

Datalign is seeking design interns to help revolutionize financial advisory through our cutting-edge AI-powered platform.
Working directly with our product experience team
, you will collaborate closely with our product experience team on research, end-to-end user flows, UI design, prototyping, and testing innovative digital experiences. You'll contribute directly to redefining how individuals seek advisory services to manage their wealth.

• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create user-centered solutions and conduct in-depth research.
• Assist UX leads in crafting documentation, personas, journey maps, process flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and detailed annotations.
• Actively participate in workshops, ideation sessions, brainstorming, and internal meetings.
• Engage in user research activities, including usability testing, heuristic evaluations, accessibility audits, user interviews, card sorting, tree testing, and competitive analysis.
• Support content strategy initiatives through content audits, planning workshops, and prioritization activities.
• Translate research insights into actionable UX recommendations.

Assist in the preparation of engaging internal presentations, research summaries, and pitch materials.

• Current student in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Product Design, or related field
  .
• Strong foundation in design fundamentals (wire framing, prototyping, usability testing).
• Proficiency with Figma (or similar tools).
• Curiosity about fintech, behavioral design, and user psychology
  .
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Growth mindset
  : eager to learn and iterate.

• Previous experience or coursework in user research or usability testing.
• Experience working with design systems or advanced prototyping using tools like Figma.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or front-end development fundamentals.
• Interest or experience in fintech, wealth management, or conversational AI is highly desirable.
