We're backed by multiple tier 1 investors, have success as founders at the last start-up, and dozens of Generative AI patents to our names.

Compensation: $150,000/year base salary plus equity in the company

Location: 1 Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA (In-person role)

About the role

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale Blitzy's demand generation engine. This role sits at the intersection of creative storytelling and data-driven execution—you'll drive awareness, inbound interest, and pipeline growth among CIOs, CTOs, and engineering leaders at enterprises.

You'll work directly with our CEO and Head of Media to shape Blitzy's go-to-market presence across paid channels, executive events, podcasts, and earned media. You'll be responsible for securing speaking engagements for Blitzy's executive team and turning those opportunities into high-performing, evergreen content. This is a high-impact role where your decisions directly influence company growth and market positioning.

  • You craft compelling narratives that resonate with both technical and executive audiences
  • You secure high-value speaking engagements and podcast opportunities for our leadership team
  • You transform executive thought leadership into performance-driven creative assets
  • You make data-driven decisions, continuously testing and optimizing across channels
  • You collaborate seamlessly with our Head of Media to amplify campaign performance
  • You balance brand building with direct response, understanding when each approach is needed
  • You become a trusted strategic partner to the CEO on growth strategy and positioning
  • You identify emerging channels and opportunities before competitors do
  • You build systems and processes that scale with our rapid growth
Areas of Ownership

As our Growth Marketing Lead, you'll own:

Demand Generation & Paid Media

  • Lead strategy and execution across Linked In, podcast advertising, and emerging channels
  • Write and refine ad copy, landing pages, and email sequences for technical and executive audiences
  • Manage campaign budgets and optimize for CPL, CAC, and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with Head of Media on creative development and content distribution

Executive Thought Leadership

  • Secure speaking engagements at industry conferences and executive events
  • Book podcast appearances for Blitzy's leadership team
  • Repurpose event content and appearances into high-performing marketing assets
  • Position our executives as industry thought leaders on AI and software development

Analytics & Optimization

  • Own funnel analytics and reporting on key growth metrics
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns across channels and formats
  • Track attribution and ROI across all marketing activities
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership

Strategic Partnership

  • Work directly with CEO to define growth strategy and messaging
  • Align marketing initiatives with sales priorities and revenue goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success
Required Experience
  • 5-10 years of B2B growth marketing experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS or AI
  • Deep expertise in Linked In Ads, podcast marketing, and demand generation strategies
  • Strong copywriting and positioning skills for both executive and developer audiences
  • Proven track record securing and amplifying executive thought leadership
  • Analytical and metrics-driven approach with expertise in funnel optimization
  • Experience collaborating with creative or media production teams
  • Comfortable working directly with founders in a high-growth startup environment
  • Track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact
