THE ROLE
The Director/Senior Director, Digital Business Partnership – PBUs & FLs serves as the strategic digital interface between assigned Pioneering Business Units (PBUs) and Flagship Labs companies (FLs) and the broader Digital & IT organization. This role supports companies from their Proto Co launch through to New Co scaling and Operational Growth Co transitions. Operating within Flagship’s Business Partnership model, the Director is responsible for aligning digital strategy to business maturity, overseeing digital intake and prioritization, and coordinating execution readiness across matrixed IT delivery functions.
This role ensures that each company’s digital foundation is appropriately established and evolved in a way that enables scientific, operational, and partnership success.
