Description

The Commercial Operations Department is seeking a Data Quality Analyst responsible for ensuring the quality control of specialty pharmacy data. The analyst will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to communicate status, address issues, and resolve data-related inquiries.

The candidate will work with teams across Commercial Systems, Sales Analytics, Commercial Compliance, Legal/Compliance, Marketing, Sales Training, the Field Force, IT, and external entities such as Specialty Pharmacies, Distributors, and Data Aggregators to resolve inquiries and follow up on issues. Responsibilities also include managing daily, weekly, and quarterly reports related to NINLARO, ICLUSIG, and ALUNBRIG. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and committed to providing professional customer support.

A team-oriented, goal-driven attitude and a strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years applicable industry experience
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with tools for business data analytics
  • Experience with MDM and CRM systems (preferred)
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding of data integrity importance
  • Positive interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly quality control processes for specialty pharmacy data, including refining procedures to ensure timeliness, completeness, and quality
  • Perform data cleanup activities to maintain data integrity
  • Assemble, manage, and ensure the quality of reports supporting distribution, sales, networks, and market access teams, including manual reports due to resource constraints or evolving requirements
  • Enter Help Desk Tickets for technical issues and track resolution
  • Route inquiries to appropriate personnel or groups
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Commercial Systems, Sales Analytics, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Sales Training, Field Force, and IT to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries
  • Assist with BI platform and system change user acceptance testing
