HCP System Implementation & Administrator
Pay: $75-80/HR
Duration: 5 months

Location:

This person can work onsite in Cambridge, Hybrid, or fully remote.
Part time – 20hrs/week

• Proven experience in system implementation and project management.
• Strong experience in compliance and regulatory requirements related to HCP engagements.
• Experience with HCP engagement systems and related software.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Implementation Phase:
  Lead the implementation of the Global HCP Engagement System;
  Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables;
  Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation;
  Coordinate with the vendor to ensure that all technical and functional requirements are met, and that the system is configured correctly.
• Post-Implementation Phase:
  System Administration;
  System Maintenance;
  Monitor system performance and address any issues or bugs promptly;
  Provide ongoing support to end-users;
  Conduct regular training sessions and refresher courses to ensure continued user proficiency;
  Enhancements and Improvements;
  Gather feedback from users to continuously improve system functionality and user experience.
