A high-growth, data-driven digital marketplace is looking for a senior paid performance marketing leader to build and scale its upper-funnel channel strategy from the ground up. This is a strategic, hands‑on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing, audience strategy, creative experimentation, and analytics — and who’s excited to take ownership of expanding into channels like Paid Social, Video, CTV, and emerging media platforms

You’ll work closely with analytics, product and creative partners to shape how performance media drives long‑term growth, not just short‑term clicks.

Hybrid role – Typically Tuesday & Thursday (Flexible)

Competitive base salary ($150k-$220k) + bonus/equity opportunities
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the end-to-end performance media strategy across audience, creative, and on-site experience
- Lead upper-funnel channel expansion
, testing and scaling new platforms - Use AI-driven tools to enhance targeting, creative, and media optimization
- Partner with creative and cross-functional teams to test, refine, and scale campaigns
- Define KPIs, optimize performance, and manage budgets for long-term ROI
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and external partners
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in paid media, with strong exposure to upper-funnel channels (e.g., Paid Social, CTV, Programmatic Video)
- Proven track record of launching and scaling new performance channels
- Experience leading teams and mentoring senior marketers
- Deep understanding of media buying, measurement, attribution, and experimentation
- Strong audience strategy and creative testing mindset
- Highly analytical, comfortable using data to guide decisions
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
