• Lead a team of architects to support business strategies across all domains.

• Drive long‑term initiatives with high strategic value, directing colleagues and contractors.

• Advise senior leadership on emerging technology landscape and enable adoption.
• Lead initiatives to bring new technology into Pfizer, including contracting process and technical fit assessment.

• Establish and enforce AI standards, governance, and guardrails.
• Design a centralized AI platform for scalable model development and deployment.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions into business workflows with regulatory compliance.
• Maintain architecture roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Drive adoption of cloud‑based data and AI platforms with secure, compliant pipelines.
• Oversee data governance frameworks and master data management.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies to accelerate digital transformation.
• Collaborate on AI‑driven decision support to enhance business agility.
• Mentor data engineers, data scientists, and analysts.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 12+ years of experience in AI & Data technology.
• Deep technical knowledge of AI & Data programs in high‑tech or pharma domain.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong diplomacy skills to navigate a political environment.
• Execution mindset focused on rapid, simple delivery.

• 10+ years delivering digital AI & Data projects.
• 5+ years ensuring pharma processes comply with FDA, GxP.
• 5+ years designing AI & Data solutions for procurement, manufacturing, logistics.
• Experience with data‑driven insights to inform decision making.
