Veeva Vault Safety L3 Support Specialist
Job Description:
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Veeva Vault Safety.
- Serve as a system administrator and provide production support (L1/L2/L3) for Veeva Vault Applications as per company-defined SLA.
- Demonstrate experience and certification in Veeva Vault (preferably Veeva Vault Safety).
- Have a good understanding of Service Now processes (Incidents, Problem Tickets, Change Management, Service Requests).
- Have a good understanding of Life Science industry processes.
- Have knowledge of GxP systems and documentation.
- Have knowledge of creating and modifying user accounts (inactive processes).
- Have knowledge of custom reports, dashboards, and object data.
