We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused AV Support Technician to provide on-site support for our corporate offices. This role involves assisting end users with a variety of Audio Visual (AV) issues, ensuring seamless operation of AV systems, and delivering exceptional service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide hands‑on support for AV hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to AV systems.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and setup of AV equipment in conference rooms and event spaces.
- Monitor and maintain AV systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Deliver excellent customer service to end users and executives.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in AV support or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for AV hardware and software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with AV platforms (e.g., Crestron, Extron, Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms).
- Industry certifications (CTS, Crestron, Extron) preferred.
- Experience supporting corporate environments or insurance/financial services clients.
- Knowledge of networking basics for AV integration.
- Looking for someone to provide on-site support (White Glove).
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cambridge, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 – $38.00/hr.
