This senior-level consulting role focuses on the design and implementation of ICT and physical security systems for a wide range of clients. The ideal candidate has at least 5–7 years of experience in security consulting, design, documentation, and project management, with strong communication and client-facing skills. As a senior contributor, you will lead design efforts, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support business development initiatives, helping clients achieve reliable and effective security solutions.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead the design, documentation, and consulting for ICT and physical security systems.
- Manage projects and serve as a primary client-facing consultant.
- Collaborate with CAD staff and contribute to drafting standards for security design projects.
- Provide technical expertise and support across multiple concurrent projects.
- Contribute to marketing and business development activities, including networking, presentations, and authorship of professional content.
- Assist in maintaining and advancing firmwide standards in security design practices.
- Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in ICT and physical security system design.
- Proven consulting, documentation, and project management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated client-facing capabilities.
- Proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam software.
- BICSI RCDD certification preferred; ASIS PSP certification preferred; CPTED certification a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple projects in a hybrid environment.
- Play a leading role in delivering innovative, client-focused security design solutions.
