We are seeking a strategic and innovative Full Stack Engineer to be a key contributor to our Data Platform to build out data science tooling that empower scientists and accelerate our drug discovery pipeline. In this role, you will work with biochemical, clinical, and research data to support project research and scoping projects as well as build out data analysis solutions for the wet lab.
You will collaborate closely with medicinal chemistry, biology, devops, and operations teams to provide data-driven insight to every stage of the drug discovery pipeline. You will have so much fun.
You are an experienced full stack developer with mastery in both front end and back end tooling and a passion for seeing projects through end-to-end. You are an excellent communicator and lightning-fast learner with proven experience building deep knowledge of highly complex data and industries to deliver technical solutions to scientists or engineers. You excel at working with multidisciplinary teams, communicating to a broad range of skillsets and backgrounds to champion the products you build and gather meaningful feedback from stakeholders and users alike.

- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Devops team to build out and scale bioactivity datalake. You will harmonize tabular and free text data from scientific literature, chemical suppliers and regulatory agencies to power Agentic RAG systems for complex querying and design high throughput screening libraries.
- Design and implement and scale big data ingestion and AI-driven image analysis of 100+ TB of data to be run on a weekly basis including a responsive front-end for scientists.
- Collaborate with users and devops teams to deploy production-grade internal tooling to support every aspect of the Oddity Labs org, including evaluating external tools and partnerships to ensure Oddity remains at the cutting edge of AI-powered drug discovery.
- BA/BS in Computational or Data Sciences (bonus for a focus in chemistry or biology)
- 3+ years of experience writing production-ready software using Python or equivalent
- 3+ Years of experience deploying software using Docker, Kubernetes, Git Ops or equivalent
- 3+ Experience working with users to build out front end solutions using react or equivalent
- 3+ Experience working with enterprise cloud-based databases and tooling
- 3+ years of experience training and deploying complex ML models and algorithms
