Responsibilities
- lead system design, enhancements, and integrations of Veeva Vault RIM, translating business needs into functional solutions
- oversee upgrades, new modules, and interfaces
- collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and developers

- 5+ years IT experience with at least 2 years in Veeva RIM administration
- degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- expertise in RIM platforms, data analytics, BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
- strong communication skills
- familiarity with incident/change management and Agile frameworks
- SLA management
