SENIOR DATA ANALYST AND REPORTING SPECIALIST
, Sloan Office of External Relations (OER), supports development priorities through reporting, analysis, and business process improvement, with a primary focus on the MIT Sloan Annual Fund. The role develops and maintains reports, dashboards, datasets, and analytical outputs that support annual giving performance, donor behavior analysis, segmentation, campaign execution, portfolio and pipeline visibility, and related management reporting. Responsibilities include interpreting fundraising data, identifying trends and opportunities, improving reporting practices, supporting business definitions and process consistency, and contributing to development-focused projects.
The role partners with OER colleagues and central Advancement teams to provide accurate, reliable, and useful decision support while strengthening broader development analytical capacity over time.
