Position OverviewA respected Cambridge-based civil litigation practice is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with 5+ years of civil litigation experience to join its team.

, with experience navigating both federal and state courts

Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- A JD and admission to the MA Bar
- Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment
- Commitment to delivering high-quality client service
- Manage a robust caseload involving civil litigation
, employment law
, and business disputes - Conduct legal research
, oversee discovery
, take and defend depositions
, and prepare motions - Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to strategic case planning
