Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8:30-5

A respected Cambridge-based civil litigation practice is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with 5+ years of civil litigation experience to join its team.

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex employment and business litigation matters in a supportive, well-regarded environment.

The ideal candidate is proficient in discovery
, depositions
, and motion practice
, with experience navigating both federal and state courts
. Successful candidates thrive in a collaborative setting, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to their work.

• 5+ years of litigation experience
• A JD and admission to the MA Bar
• Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment
• Commitment to delivering high-quality client service
• Manage a robust caseload involving civil litigation
  , employment law
  , and business disputes
• Conduct legal research
  , oversee discovery
  , take and defend depositions
  , and prepare motions
• Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to strategic case planning
