Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum:
- Master’s degree in public health, public policy, or related discipline, or four years of equivalent experience.
- Experience in supporting or managing the design and implementation of quantitative research.
- Demonstrated ability in data cleaning, data quality assurance, and implementing data analysis plans in R or Stata (R preferred).
- Ability to collaborate and manage partnerships with a range of interest-holders.
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to make and carry out decisions independently and dedication to team building and collaboration.
- Excellent managerial and organizational skills, including being a self-starter, a problem-solver, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%

- Experience with managing quantitative research projects using Qualtrics, Stata, and/or R
- Fluency in Spanish
- Experience in supporting or managing the design and implementation of qualitative research.
- Research and/or project management experience in the fields of sexual and reproductive health, rights, and/or justice.
- Experience managing partnerships with clinical providers and telehealth sites.
- Experience working with advocacy groups on public health communications
- Salary:
This role will be hired as a band 2, level 1 position, and the starting salary for this position will be $79,749 Cambridge/remote ($82,733 Oakland adjusted).
- Location:
Preference for Cambridge, MA or Oakland, CA. A remote work location in the United States may be considered.
- Start date:
Position starts as soon as it is filled.
- End date:
This position is funded through a specific research project grant with an expected end date of October 31, 2028. This is a temporary position tied directly to the availability of project funds, and employment is expected to conclude when the project has completed/funding for the project comes to an end.
