Technical Communications Specialist needs 3+ years of experience in a technical environment.

The ideal candidate for the Technical Communications Specialist position requires:

• 5+ years’ experience working with executive leadership to produce executive communications, internal web, and print communications
• Excellent proofreading and editing skills
• Experience in executive and client-facing roles
• Public relations experience
• Basic proficiency in web design, specifically using Jive
• Experience in graphic design and printing
• Ability to engage with executive leadership to understand communication needs, collect information, and produce well-written and compelling deliverables conveying the voice of the leaders
• Experience in planning, researching, and writing internal communications for technical departments, focusing on client and customer success stories
• Ability to drive awareness of important departmental messages throughout the company
