, the Institutional Development Assistant will play a key role as a strategic partner in strengthening relationships with young alumni, parents, and friends of the organization.

• Serve as a strategic partner in donor and community engagement initiatives
• Help plan and host fundraising and cultivation events
• Prepare slide decks, presentations, and donor materials
• Manage donor correspondence, including personalized thank‑you letters
• Support development strategy and special projects tied to the upcoming capital campaign
