Overview

NURSE PRACTITIONER, PRIMARY CARE
, MIT Health, to provide direct patient care to MIT Health patients; assess patient’s health status through interview and physical exam and synthesize this clinical information to formulate health status, diagnosis, development of plan of care and treatment, implementation of treatment plan, and evaluation of follow up strategies according to age-specific plans of care; and provides health education, supportive counseling, and clinical outreach to the MIT community in collaboration with other individuals or services at MIT Health as well as across the MIT Community.

Work is done in accordance with MIT Health Policies as well as State and Federal rules, regulations, and standard of care.
