Pay Range

Base Pay: $44.00/hr – $60.00/hr

Sign‑On Bonus: $8,000 (full‑time, prorated for part‑time)

• Assess the health‑care needs of residents, develop nursing diagnoses, and collaborate with the nursing team to create interdisciplinary plans of care.
• Maintain functional communication with staff, other disciplines, residents, families, medical staff, and the community.
• Assess medication and treatment effects, monitor outcomes, and provide appropriate feedback to the interdisciplinary team and medical managers.
• Use the Electronic Health Record (PCC preferred).
• Lead and direct the nursing staff in the safe, effective delivery of care; provide education to residents about their health‑care issues and care plan strategies.
• Apply infection control, fire and disaster policies, and relevant state and federal policies to create a safe environment for residents, community, and staff.
• Protect resident rights, treat all individuals with respect and dignity, and maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information.
