Base pay range$55,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr
Our client, a property management firm in Boston, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to oversee the leasing operations at two residential apartment communities. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organized, and comfortable working independently across multiple locations. This role is responsible for driving occupancy, delivering exceptional resident experiences, and supporting the overall success of both properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all leasing activities across two apartment communities, including touring prospects, processing applications, and preparing lease documents.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and current residents to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of each property's availability, pricing, and amenities.
- Respond to inquiries promptly and follow up with prospective tenants to secure lease agreements.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, and resident events to promote community engagement.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure leasing offices, model units, and common areas are clean, welcoming, and professionally presented.
- Maintain accurate records in property management software and generate regular reports as needed.
- Coordinate with maintenance and property management teams to address resident concerns and service requests in a timely manner.
- Travel between both properties regularly, as needed, based on leasing traffic and operational priorities.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in residential leasing, property management, or a related customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple sites.
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Yardi, Real Page, App Folio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
