Senior Scientist in Non-Viral Delivery Attribute Sciences within Bristol Myers Squibb's Cell Therapy Research Center, focusing on developing mechanistic understanding and characterization frameworks for targeted lipid nanoparticle (LNP) delivery platforms.
Responsibilities- Advancing cellular characterization strategies using primary and patient-derived systems.
- Leading attribute characterization supporting formulation, process changes, and comparability assessments.
- Expanding high-throughput, automated methodologies.
- Collaborating across Research and CMC teams, providing scientific expertise to inform product development and program decisions.
- Mentoring junior scientists.
- Ph.D. in Life Sciences or related discipline with 2+ years of industry experience.
- Strong background in cell biology, assay development.
- Experience with biologics, nanoparticles, or cell therapies.
- Experience with complex biologics.
- Advanced biophysical and cellular characterization.
- Scalable experimental approaches.
Focus on targeted LNP platforms, mechanistic studies, cell-based assays, and cross-functional collaboration in biotechnology or pharmaceutical development settings.
LocationCambridge, MA, with a focus on scientific innovation and translational research.
