Support Alltrna's Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) core within the Molecular Biology team by executing RNA-based NGS experiments, including library preparation, sequencing, quality control, and documentation.
Responsibilities- independently operate automation platforms (King Fisher, Mantis, Biomek)
- evaluate QC metrics
- troubleshoot deviations
- maintain SOPs
- and collaborate across teams to ensure sample and data integrity
- BS/MS in biology, molecular biology, or related field
- 2+ years (RA II) or 4+ years (Senior RA) of relevant experience
- hands-on NGS experience including RNA extraction, PCR, qPCR, gel electrophoresis, and Illumina library prep
experience with small RNAs and automation platforms.
High-Valuesupporting a biopharma platform focused on RNA therapeutics for genetic diseases, with emphasis on high-throughput, quality-driven NGS workflows.
