Research Associate specializing in in vivo studies, histology, and molecular biology within a biotech developing genetic medicines.
Responsibilities- conduct rodent pharmacology experiments (IV, IP, SC, CNS surgeries)
- tissue harvesting
- histological sectioning
- IHC/IF, and imaging
- perform gene/protein expression analyses using qRT-PCR, Western blot, and ELISA
- generate high‑quality biodistribution, target engagement, and biological response data in animal models
- Bachelor's degree in Cell Biology or related field
- 1+ years lab experience
- Strong skills in rodent in vivo work, histology, and bioanalytical techniques
- peer‑reviewed publication authorship
- multiplex imaging
- advanced image analysis
- focus on genetic medicines, early-stage biotech, animal model work, tissue histology, molecular assays, and imaging techniques, with emphasis on biodistribution and target engagement
