Senior Scientist in Bioconjugation & Targeted Nanomedicine within BMS's Non-Viral Delivery team, focusing on designing and optimizing bioconjugation strategies for targeted nanoparticles using diverse ligand formats.
Responsibilities- develop conjugation chemistries, engineer targeting ligands, characterize bioconjugates analytically, and collaborate across disciplines to translate molecular designs into functional delivery systems.
- PhD in Life Sciences or related field with 2+ years of industry experience
- expertise in bioconjugation chemistry, linker design, and analytical characterization methods (e.g., LC-MS, HPLC)
- Preferred: experience with nanoparticle delivery platforms, therapeutic conjugate modalities, and multidisciplinary teamwork
