Oak is a collaborative house, and most team members are cross‑trained:

• Bartenders are trained as servers
• Servers are trained as bartenders
• Guest Service Team members have a clear path to both roles

It’s essential that every applicant is comfortable with cross‑training and excited to learn multiple parts of the house.

Note:

You will not work two roles at the same time.

• Minimum three shifts per week
• Ability to close some shifts
• Willingness to work mornings, dinner, and late‑night (not just weekends)
• Positive energy, reliability, and a genuine love for hospitality
• Openness to multi‑role training and development

Day, evening, and late‑night shifts available. (No open‑to‑close marathons.)
