Position: Dining Room Server [dining]

Join our dining team as a Dining Room Server at Senior Living Residences in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

We are located at 650 Concord Avenue, Cambridge, MA. We provide a gourmet dining experience for our senior residents in a safe, home‑like, and fun work environment. Senior Living Residences is ranked #1 in The Boston Globe’s 2024 List of Top Places to Work and #35 nationwide by USA Today.

What Our Dining Associates Do
  • Greet residents and guests during meal times
  • Serve residents and guests, taking individual orders from a selective menu
  • Set up tables for meals, clear tables, and reset for future meal times
  • Maintain a clean dining environment
Requirements
  • Physical requirements: Lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co‑workers
  • Punctuality & reliability: We rely on our associates to assist residents with daily living activities and expect them to deliver on this promise
Pay & Benefits

Rates start at $19.70 per hour.
