The Lexington & Geppetto is located in the heart of Cambridge Crossing. This combined venue includes the Lexington, a rooftop cocktail bar with accordion‑style windows;
Café Beatrice, an all‑day bakery and café with a selection of wine, beer, and cocktails; and Geppetto, a modern Italian restaurant featuring house‑made pastas, shareable plates, family‑style entrees, and exquisite Italian wines. Led by Chef/Owner Will Gilson, the team offers an award‑winning blend of culinary and beverage expertise. We’re looking to grow our front‑of‑house team with enthusiastic, detail‑oriented, hardworking individuals.

• Utilize menu and beverage knowledge to provide exceptional service.
• Maintain a general sense of hospitality and warmth, demonstrating a “let me see what I can do” mentality to exceed guests’ expectations.
• Assist with running food and bussing tables.

• At least 1 year of industry experience, or a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and a variable schedule as needed by the business.
