Saigon Babylon – Host
Saigon Babylon is a rooftop bar and elevated Vietnamese cuisine venue, recognized as "Best Vietnamese Restaurant 2025" and "Best Atmosphere 2024" by the Boston Globe and "Boston Top 50 Restaurants" by Boston Magazine.
LocationSaigon Babylon (rooftop bar & elevated Viet cuisine, 907 Main St, Cambridge, MA)
Pay & ShiftsBase Pay: $19–$23 per hour.
Shifts:
3–5 per week, 4:30 PM–11 PM.
- Welcome guests and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide accurate, professional product knowledge and menu information.
- Promote reservations and enhance guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized host stand and front‑of‑house area.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Prior hosting experience in higher‑end, high‑volume restaurants.
- Warm, welcoming personality with excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, quick, neat, and detail oriented.
- Commitment to working with us for at least one year and beyond.
