The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, including menu development, food quality, costs control, and sanitation/operational standards. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can balance creativity with operational efficiency.

• Design and execute seasonal menus that align with the restaurant’s concept and brand
• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure quality and consistency
• Manage food and labor costs to meet budget goals
• Hire, train, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff
• Maintain all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Collaborate with ownership/management on pricing, events, and long‑term planning

• 5+ years of professional kitchen experience, including leadership at the Chef or Sous Chef level
• Proven experience managing food costs and kitchen budgets
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
