Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

  • Understanding of a broad range of Google Ad products.
  • Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity, independent, curious, and resilient.

As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market‑shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $103,000-$148,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
  • Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading strategic meetings to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
  • Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate value to customers, maintaining account hygiene.
  • Build and pitch data‑driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, handle objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth goals.
  • Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives.
  • Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified upsell opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.
