• Complete 6 months of direct training with experienced account executives
• Assist in solving customer needs and finding carriers for time‑sensitive freight
• Participate in hands‑on and virtual training sessions
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold‑calling
• Build and maintain a book of business to meet sales metrics
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers, resolve freight issues, ensure timely pickup and delivery
