Job Duties:

  • Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours per week reaching out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage and scheduling meetings to discuss their mortgage protection coverage.
  • Research: 4-5 hours per week analyzing client-provided information to customize financial solutions for their needs in case of death or disability.
  • Meeting with Families: 2 days per week meeting with clients virtually or in-person to present options, discuss coverage details, and assist with applications.
  • Administrative: 2 hours per week following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.
  • Qualifications:

    We seek coachable, challenge-seeking, self-disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. Skill set is not everything for this position.

    Compensation:

    This is a commission-only sales position. The average commission per mortgage protection sale is approximately $600. Full-time agents typically sell 5-10 plans weekly. We also offer additional financial products for retirement savings, with extensive training provided. Our compensation includes uncapped commissions, a competitive bonus structure, and incentive trips based on individual and team results.
