- Must be a licensed real estate sales agent in Massachusetts or desiring to be enrolled in licensing courses
- Must be comfortable with a commission-based position (independent contractor role)
- Must be willing to follow a training plan and commit to consistent lead generation
- Professional, proactive, and able to work independently while being part of a team culture
