• Collaborate with the manager to design, execute, and document experiments.
• Develop and refine analytical methods using LCMS systems, including high-resolution MS and 2D LC.
• Analyze and interpret data, write technical reports, and establish protocols.
• Conduct tests and analyze oligonucleotide samples with LC-MS-based methods.
• Participate in internal meetings to discuss and report on therapeutic oligonucleotide development.

• Proficient in basic lab skills like pipetting, solution preparation, and centrifugation.
• Strong understanding of oligonucleotide and analytical chemistry.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC, UHPLC, LCMS, and high-resolution MS.
• Skilled in documentation practices, data analysis, and reporting.
• Eagerness to learn new methods and demonstrate scientific curiosity.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

• MS or PhD in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical science, or related fields.
