Responsibilities- Collaborate with the manager to design, execute, and document experiments.
- Develop and refine analytical methods using LCMS systems, including high-resolution MS and 2D LC.
- Analyze and interpret data, write technical reports, and establish protocols.
- Conduct tests and analyze oligonucleotide samples with LC-MS-based methods.
- Participate in internal meetings to discuss and report on therapeutic oligonucleotide development.
- Proficient in basic lab skills like pipetting, solution preparation, and centrifugation.
- Strong understanding of oligonucleotide and analytical chemistry.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, UHPLC, LCMS, and high-resolution MS.
- Skilled in documentation practices, data analysis, and reporting.
- Eagerness to learn new methods and demonstrate scientific curiosity.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- MS or PhD in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical science, or related fields.
