Trades ​/ Skilled Labor Technician, Installation Technician

• Responsible for maintenance, repairs, and small additions to existing access control and video systems.
• Assist with new programming and re‑programming of related security software.
• End‑user training.
• Provide technical phone support to customers.
• Electronics and mechanical aptitude.

• High School Diploma.
• 2‑4 years of experience in maintenance, repairs, and small additions to existing access control and video systems.
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record.

• Industry experience with emphasis on computer software operations.
• Basic computer skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Ability to wire and troubleshoot relay logic.
• Manufacturer Certifications (i.e. Lenel, AMAG, SWH, Genetec, Avigilon, Hanwha, Axis).
