Harvard Recreation, managed by Health Fitness, is looking for Group Fitness Instructors to join the fitness team on campus in Cambridge, MA .
This is a part-time position teaching up to 3 classes per week.
Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.
Minimum Requirements- Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
- 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
Compensation: $30 - $50/hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
