** Harvard Recreation, managed by Health Fitness, is seeking enthusiastic
** Front Desk Attendants
** to join the team on campus in
** Cambridge, Massachusetts.
** This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with the indoor rock climbing and bouldering community at our on-campus Rock Wall—perfect for those passionate about climbing and recreation!

Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction. You will also take part in facility walkthroughs and cleaning equipment. Other duties as needed/assigned.
** Minimum Requirements
*** High School Diploma or GED required.
* Previous customer service experience a plus.
* Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
