High School Diploma/GED and passed Para Pro/Para Educator testing(or 60 college credits) required.

A successful background check is required.

Prefer experience working with children.

Patience, flexibility, love for children, confidentiality, teamwork, self-starter, takes direction easily, excellent communication skills, behavior management skills, assist with Special Education students on the Robotics team.

Work with students throughoutpractice and competitionassisting with behavior. Refocus the student, de-escalate negative behavior, recognize and acknowledge positive behavior, and work cooperatively with the Robotics coach and other Special Education staff.
