SVP Commercial Lender

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lender/Marketing Lead to join our team. As a Lender, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their loan needs, providing exceptional financial services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Evaluate and process loan applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Provide financial guidance to customers, recommending loan products that best suit their needs.
• Collaborate with customers to explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options.
• Maintain knowledge of loan products, services, and industry regulations to effectively advise customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
• Conduct mortgage servicing activities including loan origination in compliance with TILA regulations.

• Prior banking experience and college degree preferred. High School diploma required.

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to address customer inquires and concerns effectively.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent organizational/time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision while performing duties.
• Proven experience in financial sales or financial services, preferably as a Loan Officer or similar role.
• Knowledge of loan processing procedures and best practices in the banking sector.
