Overnight IRTS/RCS Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker position with Justice North is described in the original posting. RSI (Residential Services, Inc.) has a part-time Mental Health Worker opening with the Lotus Grace program in Cambridge, MN. The role works within a 24/7 Residential Crisis Stabilization (RCS) and Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) team to implement treatment plans and services that support psychiatric stability, personal and emotional adjustment, and independent living and community skills.
Lotus Grace is a new program emphasizing a compassionate, reliable approach in a serene, nature-based setting.
- Work with the treatment team to implement treatment plans and services for adults experiencing psychiatric instability.
- Provide rehabilitative support to help recipients develop psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustment, and independent living skills.
- Encourage consumer empowerment by promoting individual participation in support service development.
- Provide symptom management and relapse prevention skills to enable management of mental illness.
- Safely monitor and guide activities, considering individual stability, cultural needs, and vulnerabilities.
- Provide supervision, assistance, and training to meet physical and personal needs (health, grooming, bathing, toileting, eating, socialization).
- Provide supervision and crisis prevention/intervention techniques per agency policies, risk management plans, and individual support plans.
- Accurately administer and document medications per RSI policies.
- Assist with household responsibilities (shopping, meal prep, laundry, cleaning, budgeting, banking) and transportation to promote independence as appropriate.
- Respond to needs and interests of service recipients through review, implementation, and assessment of services per individual treatment support plans.
- Complete thorough and accurate documentation within required time frames.
- Attend trainings and meetings as required by RSI policy and licensing requirements, including weekly team meetings.
- Post-offer background and MVR check clearance.
- Valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
- High school diploma or equivalent, and one of the following:
Associate of Arts degree or two years of college coursework in behavioral sciences or related fields; or qualify as a Registered Nurse; or 2,000 hours of health and human services experience in the last 10 years; or three years of experience as primary caregiver to adults with mental illness, TBI, SUD, or developmental disability in the last 10 years; or three years of personal life experience with mental illness in the last 10 years.

- Salary: $20.00–$21.00 per hour.
